This Payment Terms Policy outlines the billing structure, payment schedules, late payment rules, and financial responsibilities applicable to all services provided by Xink Digitals (“Service Provider”).

By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these payment terms.


Project-Based Services

For website development, branding, consulting, or one-time digital marketing projects:

  • 50% advance payment required before project initiation (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Remaining balance payable upon milestone completion or before final delivery.
  • Work begins only after receipt of advance payment.

Custom payment structures may be defined in the approved proposal.


Retainer & Monthly Services

For ongoing services (SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Ads Management):

  • Payments are due in advance for each monthly cycle.
  • Invoice due date: Within 3 days of issuance.
  • Work for the next cycle begins only after payment confirmation.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.


Late Payments

If payment is delayed:

  • A reminder will be issued after 3 days of due date.
  • Services may be paused after 7 days of non-payment.
  • Re-activation may require clearance of outstanding dues.

Xink Digitals reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.


Third-Party Expenses

Clients are responsible for direct payment of:

  • Domain registration
  • Web hosting
  • Paid advertising budgets
  • Premium tools, plugins, or software subscriptions

Unless explicitly included in the proposal, these costs are separate from service fees.


Taxes & Government Charges

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • GST or other statutory taxes will be charged as per Indian regulations (if applicable).
  • Clients requiring GST invoices must provide valid GST details.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment modes may include:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Online payment gateway (if applicable)

Payment details will be shared on official invoice communication.


Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our separate Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

Advance payments for services already initiated are generally non-refundable.


Disputed Charges

If a Client disputes an invoice:

  • Written notice must be sent within 5 business days of invoice receipt.
  • Undisputed portions must still be paid on time.
  • Both parties will work in good faith to resolve disputes.

Currency

Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are to be made in INR (Indian Rupees).


Policy Modifications

Xink Digitals reserves the right to update this Payment Terms Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
